401(K)

First-day eligibility for our 401(k) saving plan. Contribute up to 40% of your eligible pre- or after-tax wages each pay period; the company will match 100% of the first 5% contributed. The match vests 25% per year. When you reach four years of service, all future company matches are immediately vested.

EQUITY

To share in our success, all regular employees are eligible for annual American Tower equity grants, which vest over a three-year period.

ESPP

Through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), employees may purchase company stock at a 15% discount twice per year.

EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT

Our tuition reimbursement program covers up to $5,250 annually for work-related courses, including those that are part of a work-related degree program.

LINKEDIN COURSES

Pursue learning a variety of skills through our LinkedIn Learning platform.

MENTORING AND DEVELOPMENT

Participate in other development opportunities including mentoring and management training.

PAID TIME OFF

16 days of paid time off, 11 holidays, three floating holidays and paid time off for volunteering, elderly care and school visits.

PARENTAL LEAVE

Eight weeks paid time off at 100% following the birth or adoption of a child. Birth mothers receive an additional six or eight weeks paid disability leave.

LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE

First day eligible equal to two times an employee’s annual salary paid by the company.

DISABILITY INSURANCE

Short-term disability insurance up to 180 days plus long-term plans available.

CRITICAL ILLNESS, ACCIDENT AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE

Employees may purchase plans to help fill potential gaps caused by illness or injury for themselves and their dependents.

ADOPTION AND SURROGACY ASSISTANCE

Employees who adopt children can receive up to a $10,000 reimbursement for eligible expenses. Employees using a surrogate may be eligible for a $20,000 surrogacy benefit.

WELLNESS REIMBURSEMENT AND INCENTIVE

Up to $500 (employee) and $300 (dependent) to reimburse wellness expenses and activities that qualify employees and spouses/domestic partners for cash incentives.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS

A comprehensive approach to finances through personalized guidance, as well as tools and resources to help navigate financial priorities.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM

Free program to help employees with mental health and wellbeing through personalized support recommendations.

Free, confidential and personalized program that provides expert content and access to a professional team to assist in every aspect of life.
